This letter is to <br />inform you that a building permit is required for storage shed <br />construction in the City of Orono. This shed's placement causes <br />several problems. <br />1) The shed does not appear to meet the required property line <br />and septic system setbacks. <br />A) 10' side lot line setback <br />B) 5' rear lot line setback <br />C) 20' mound septic system setback. <br />2) Addition of shed causes property to exceed hardcover <br />limitations.
