Also, if the structure <br />remains on the property, does the Planning Commission wish to consider <br />aesthetic issues associated with its location, i.e. screening or at least <br />structura1/color compatibility with the existing house? These might be <br />factors that could reduce the visual impact of the structure due to its <br />location. <br />Requested Action <br />1. Make recommendation as to granting setback, hardcover and lot <br />coverage variances. <br />2. Recommend any actions to mitigate visual impact of the structure <br />if it is allowed to remain. <br />3.
