"Oro^o School District Cafeteria Plan (As Amended and Restated Effective July 1, 1992)", a copy of which shall be fileo with the record of this resolution. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Superintendent of the School District, <br />or his designee, is hereby delegated the power under Sec. 5.5 of the Plan to <br />adopt such amendments to the Plan as the Superintendent, or his designee, <br />deems appropriate in light of changes in law or of a necessity to bring the <br />Plan into compliance with the law.
