CITY OF ORONO <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />The City Council will hold a Public Hearing in the <br />Council Chambers at 1275 Brown Road South on Monday, October 12, <br />1992 at 7:00 P.M, on the proposed assessment in the total amount <br />of $10,226.00 for hazardous buildings actions on properties <br />legally described as follows. <br />1949 Eagerness Point Road - Lots 23 and 24, Fagerness <br />$4,575.00 P.I.D. 18-117- 23 14 0016, Addition 42220 <br />3865 and 3875 Shoreline Drive - Part Lots 1 and 2, <br />Townsite of Langdon Park $2,825.50 P.I.D. 20-117-23 22 <br />0007, Addition 42420 <br />3877 Shoreline Drive - Part Lots 1 and 2, Townsite of <br />Langdon Park $1,412.75 P.I.D. 20-117-23 22 0006, <br />Addition 42420 <br />2405 Dunwoody Avenue - Part Lot 2, Townsite of Langdon <br />Park $1,412.75 P.I.D. 20-117-23 22 0008, Addition 42420 <br />The proposed assessment roll is on file with the City <br />Clerk at the Administrative Offices, 1335 Brown Road South. <br />Written or oral objections will be considered. No appeal may be <br />taken as to the amount of any assessment unless a signed, written <br />objection is filed with the City Clerk prior to th. hearing or <br />presented t > the presiding officer at the hearing. An appeal to <br />the District Court may be made by serving notice upon the Mayor <br />or the City Clerk within 30 days after adoption of the assessment <br />and filing such notice with the District Court within ten days <br />after service upon the Mayor or City Clerk. The City has adopted <br />a special assessment deferment ordinance based on the applicant <br />meeting age, ownership, occupancy, and income guidelines. <br />By Order of the City Council <br />/s/ Dorothy M.
