Public Hearing Notice <br />The City has settlement agreements for hazardous building actions <br />on 1949 FagernessPoint Road, 2405 Dunwoody Avenue, 3865-75 <br />Shoreline Drive, and 3877 Shoreline Drive. The settlement <br />agreements resolve the outstanding hazardous conditions on the <br />buildings and provide that the legal fees incurred by the City to <br />enforce the hazardous building actions be paid one-half by the <br />property owners and one-half by the City. The settlements <br />provide for collection of the principal amounts over three years <br />at 8% interest per year. The property owners have waived their <br />rights to appeal the special cssessments, however the City still <br />must set a public hearing date to consider adoption of the <br />proposed special assessment roll for the subject properties. <br />The properties and costs to be assessed are: <br />1949 Fagerness Point Road <br />3865 & 3875 Shoreline Drive <br />3877 Shoreline Drive <br />2405 Dunwoody Avenue <br />4,575.00 <br />2,825.50 <br />1,412.75 <br />1,412.75 <br />TOTAL $10,226.00 <br />I have attached a copy of the public hearing notice for your <br />informa tion. <br />PROPOSED MOTION — Moved by _, seconded by <br />hearing for October 12, 1992 at 7:00 P.M. at the Council Chambers <br />to set a public <br />to consider the special assessmsne roll for the 1992 hazardous <br />buildings.
