CITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. __ <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Applicant and future owners are placed on notice that <br />the property is considered a through lot. If accessory <br />structures are planned in the future, it will require <br />conditional use permit approvals and the property is <br />subject to lot coverage controls. <br />Upon application for a building permit, applicant must <br />provide the following: <br />A. <br />B. <br />Payment of $2,181.39. <br />Applicant to provide an updated survey confirming <br />location ofresidence structure as finally <br />approved by the Council. <br />C.Curb cut onto Prospect Avenue to be approved by <br />Public Works Director. <br />Applicant to apply for the legal combination of parcel <br />PID# 10-117-23 ‘31 0013 and 10-117-23 31 0014 within ten <br />days of this variance approval (September 24, 1992). <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicant^ but are permissive <br />only and must be exercised by application for a <br />building permit within one year of the^ date of Council <br />approval, or this variance will expire on that date <br />(September 14, 1993). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms <br />and conditions of this variance shall constitute a <br />violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be <br />punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicant has read, understood and <br />hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on <br />behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in <br />the chain of title of the property. <br />Page 3 of 5
