.r <br />CITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _ _ _ __ <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />VARIANCES TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.28, SUBDIVISION 5 (B) <br />PILE #1760 <br />WHEREAS, Eric Nielsen (hereinafter "the applicant") has <br />an interest in the property located at 2140 Prospect Avenue <br />within the City of Orono (hereinafter C-ty ) and legally <br />described as follows; <br />Refer to Exhibit A, attached (hereinafter "the property"); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for <br />variances to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.28, Subdivision 5 <br />(B) to permit construction of a residence structure on a property <br />that contains 16,101.6 s.f. or .37 acres where 87,120 s.f. or 2 <br />acres is required and a lot width of 93' where 200 is required. <br />Proposed construction will require the following setbacic <br />variances: <br />a. <br />b. <br />East side. <br />Required = 30' <br />Proposed = 20' <br />West Side. <br />Required = 30' <br />Proposed = 17' <br />c.Rear. <br />Required = 50* <br />Proposed =18' 6" <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Orono, Minnesota;FINDINGS <br />1.
