O'-:. <br />' <br />CITY of ORONO <br />// <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. ________________ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for <br />Patrick Proft and Ray J. Wells, Jr. according to the legal description <br />shown on the Certificate of Survey by Sathre-Bergquist revised <br />September 2, 1992 and attached to this resolution subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1.Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of <br />Orono, the owner of Parcel X as described in the Certificate <br />of Survey referenced above must apply to the City for legal <br />combination for tax purposes with Parcel Y as described in <br />that same survey. <br />2.This resolution, the attached Certificate of Survey and the <br />above referenced document shall be filed with the Hennepin <br />County Recorder or Registrar of Titles Offices on or before <br />March 14, 1993. <br />The subdividers are hereby advised that in order to fulfill <br />the intent of this subdivision, that additional documentation must be <br />created to provide for the legal transfer of fee title and granting of <br />easements. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />division has not been filed by the date specified above. In that <br />event, it will be necessary to file a now application with the City of <br />Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this 14th <br />day of September, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
