Any damages caused by the Gleason Creek <br />Water Management Project are generally offset by benefits of the <br />Project to affected property owners. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows: <br />That the Engineers Report, as amended, be received for <br />filing by t'e Managers and that copies of the Report be forwarded <br />to the Board of Water and Soil Resources and to the Director of <br />the Division of Waters of the Department of Natural Resources to <br />provide an opportunity for the Board and Director to supplement <br />any advisory reports; and <br />That the Managers hereby order a final public hearing on <br />the petition and reports for the Gleason Creek Water Management <br />Project, to be held on Thursday, August 20, 1992, at. 7:30 p.m. at <br />Wayzata City Hall, 600 East Rice Street, Wayzata, Minnesota. <br />The question was on the adoption of this resolution and <br />there were six Ayes and zero Nays as follows: <br />Managers <br />Erickson <br />LaBounty <br />Lindley <br />Love <br />Maple-(absent) <br />Spensley <br />Thomas <br />Aye <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />HAX Ab&fiHL <br />Upon vote the Chairman declared the resolution adopted. <br />Dated this 16th day of July, 1992. <br />I, John E.
