The <br />applicant volunteered to pay for any Engineer time related to a <br />site visit to resolve the wetland i»sue. It was moved by Manager <br />Lindley that the permit be issued subject to a site visit by the <br />Engineer to ensure that all wetlands are correctly delu.^atM and <br />subsequently recorded as a part of the deed and further subject to <br />satisfying any unmet conditions of the 1987 permit. The motion <br />was seconded by Manager LaBounty. Upon vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Manager Love indicated that a meeting will be arranged <br />between Mr. Quanbeck and Mr. Panzer concerning transition <br />natters. In the neantine# Mr. Quanbeck will continue to try to <br />close out as many of the violation matters as possible. <br />The meeting was then adjourned to Executive session to <br />discuss pending litigation matters. <br />Finanfift rnnwiittee Report <br />Mr. Lindley reported that the Hennepin County property tax <br />srlSHrls <br />Statements in order to properly allocate amounts among the <br />District's accounts. <br />iHllitliirmotion carried unanimously. <br />Man,.yer Lindley noted that the District will be required to <br />certify its property tax levy as a part of the August meeting and <br />further noted that the Finance Committee will need to work on <br />budget and related levy issues in advance of that meeting. <br />Pnlcs and Policies Committee Repcrt <br />Manager Thomas stated that the Committee had met on June <br />30th.
