801.91.9: MINIMDM SETBACK REQUIREMENT: The following chart sets <br />forth the mnimum setback standards within the Shoreland <br />Overlay District. Building heights of over <br />35 feet may be allowed through approval of a shoreland impact <br />plan/conditional use permit as regulated tinder Section 801.91.19 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />£ <br />i
