Lakes Classification System. <br />SURFACE WATER DISTRIBUTION <br />Geseral Davelopment Lakes: <br />DNR Identification <br />Number Name <br />27-133 Lake Minnetonka <br />Recreational Development Lakes: <br />DNR Identification <br />Number _Name <br />27-95 <br />27-130 <br />Gleason Lake <br />Peavey Lake <br />801.91.7; LAND USE DISTRICTS: The land usei allowable for the <br />Shoreland Overlay District shall follow the permitted <br />interim, accessary, and conditional use designations as :iefined and <br />outlined in the base zone districts, as found in Sections 51-86 of <br />this Ordinance, as may be aunended, referred to as the Wayzata <br />Zoning Regulations, and shall be properly delineated on the <br />Official Zoning Map for the shorelands of Wayzata. These land use <br />districts are in conformance with the criteria specified in <br />Minnesota Regulation, Part 6120.3200, Subp. 3. <br />801.91.8; MINIMOM LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following chart sets <br />forth the minimum lot sizes and width standards within <br />the Shoreland Overlay District.
