Sewer service will be provided to <br />the property, however, providing this sewer service does not in <br />Itself constitute granting of any zoning variances which may be <br />required now or in the future to permit construction on the lot <br />which variances if applied for shall be reviewed on their own <br />merits and circumstances at that time. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota on this 10th day of August, 1992. <br />ATTESTS <br />Dorothy M.
