Grant Review Criteria <br />• Priori^ will be given to appUcadons that are deemed to have a high probability of <br />successfully controlling Eurasian Water Milfoil. <br />• Priority will be given to grant applications that demonstrate a coordinated, <br />cooperative effort between community organizations, the private sector and state and <br />lociti governments. <br />• Priority will be given to grant applications that have state and/or local matching <br />fiinds. <br />• Priority win be given to applications concerning water bodies that have exceptional <br />value for pubtic recreation and other related public uses. <br />VL Approval of Applications and Awarding of Grants <br />The Hennepin Conservation District Board of Supervisors will approve applications and <br />award grants to local governments and community organizations. <br />Vn. Grant Administration <br />Approved applicants will receive for signature a cost-share agreement specifying the <br />ts and conditions of the grantMen <br />••r <br />vn. Advance and Reimbursement Request Procedures <br />Approved applicants shall submit a letter with supporting documentation to the Hennepin <br />Conservation District requesting reimbunement for eligible project costs. Supporting <br />documentation includes copies of bills, invoices, canceled checks, payroll registers and other <br />documents related to eligible project costs.
