The following minimum <br />requirements shall be observed in an "R-2" District <br />subject to additional requirements, exceptions and <br />modifications set forth in this Ordinance; <br />1. Lot Area: Density <br />a. Single Family Detached <br />Dwelling Unit 10,000 sq.ft. <br />b. Two-Family <br />Dwelling Units 12,000 sq.ft. <br />c. Multiple Family (three or more dwelling <br />units) - The maximum density for multiple <br />family dwellings will be determined based on <br />the following criteria. <br />(1) Minimum base lot size is 15,000 square <br />feet. <br />(2) Maocimum density not to exceed twelve <br />(12) units per acre. <br />(3) Compliance with required building <br />setbacks. __ __ __ _ <br />(4) Compliance with required parking <br />standards. <br />(5) Conpliamce with required building height <br />restrictions. <br />Compliance with impervious surface <br />standards for the respective district. <br />Provisions for adequate on-site storm <br />water retention and/or ron^liance with <br />City Storm Water Management Plaui. <br />Compliance with docking standards of the <br />Lake Minnetonka Conservation District. <br />Minimum lot width is seventy-five (75) <br />feet.
