If no response is <br />revived prior to then, we will assume that your city has no <br />concarns with the neighboring city's proposal. <br />The City of Minnetrista is requesting flexibility from the <br />following statewide standards: <br />1.Increase in the structure height limit. The statewide <br />standards require that a 25 foot height limit be applied <br />existing residences already constructed beyond the 25 <br />foot limit from becoming nonconforming st^ctiires.
