w'if*'u-:.y.;'^WHI'^’- <br />Bi-'J&kk- <br />5.The use of urethane foams, isocyanurate foams, or other types of foam flotation blocks which are homogenous and <br />which will not normally breakdown into individual <br />beads, is specifically not prohibited. <br />6.Molded or non-molded expanded polystyrene beads in bulk <br />may be used as a dock and platform flotation device <br />only when completely enclosed in a sealed container <br />capable of withstanding ice action, animals or normal <br />activity by dock users. <br />7. <br />(if T^'- <br />During the interim period after the adoption of this <br />ordinance but before the January 1, 1997 deadline, the <br />owners of any permanent or seasonal dock, platform or <br />other lake structure using non-encased styrofoam as a <br />flotation device shall be required to provide suitable <br />containment measures and regular shoreline cleanup as <br />necessary to eliminate the public nuisance created by <br />floating styrofoam beads. <br />Section 2. Adoption and publication.
