Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />r*#14) ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO ALLOW PARTIAL PRE-PAYMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS - ORDINANCE #107, SECOND SERIES <br />Butler asked that the ordinance clarify when the interest accrued <br />is to begin. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Ordinance <br />#107, Second Series, permitting partial pre-payment of special <br />assessment for Stubbs Bay sewer project #.3937, as amended.
