A tank nay be upgraded by internal lining if: <br />(1) the lining is installed according to the <br />ccquireaents of part 7150.0230; and <br />(2) within ten years after lining# and every five <br />years after that# the lined tank is internally inspected and <br />found to be structurally sound with the lining still perforaing <br />according to original design specifications. <br />B. The first tightness test must be conducted before <br />installing the cathodic protection systea.
