Installation. All tanks and piping must be <br />properly iQstalled according to the manufacturer's instructions <br />and one of the following codes of practice developed by a <br />nationally recognized association or independent testing <br />laboratory: <br />A. American Petroleum Institute 1615, Instailation of <br />Underground Petroleum Storage Systems; <br />B. Petroleum Equipment Institute RP 100, Recoomended <br />Practices for Installation of Underground Liquid Storage <br />Systems; <br />C. American National Standards Institute B31.3, <br />Chemical Plant and Petroleum Refinery Piping; or <br />0. American National Standards Institute B31.4, <br />Liquid Transportation Systems for Hydrocarbons, Liquid Petroleum <br />Gas, Anhydrous Ammonia and Alcohols. <br />Subp. 8. Certification of installation. <h4ners and <br />operators must demonstrate compliance with subpart 7 by <br />certifying on the underground storage tank notification form <br />required in part 7150.0120 that: <br />• « <br />A. the installer is in compliance with certification <br />requirements Imposed by the agency under chapter 7105; and <br />8. all work listed in the manufacturer*s installation <br />checklists has been completed. <br />32 <br />33 <br />34 <br />35 <br />7150.0110 UPGRAOZIIG OP EXISTING ONOERCROUND STORAGE TAMt SYSTEMS <br />Subpart 1.
