This fee is to be <br />remitted to the Department of Health to pay for a safe water testing <br />program siandated by federal law. We ha e implesiented the fee f''^r ♦he <br />second quarter billing beginning this year. The attached ordinance <br />amendment implements this fee within the 1992 Fee Schedule.
