Public Waters Access Lots. <br />Lots iateaded as coatrolled accesses to public ** . <br />reoreatioa areas for use by owners of non-riparian lots within <br />subdivisions are permissible and must meet or exceed the <br />following standardss <br />(a) Public water access lots must meet the width and size <br />raouirements for residential lots within the zoning district in <br />vhiob it lieSf and be suitable for the intended uses of <br />controlled access lots. <br />(b) Tbs number of allowed slips allowed on a multiple dock <br />shall be determined by standards established in Article 2 of <br />Chapter • of the Minnetrista Municipal code. <br />(cl The public waters access lots must be jointly owned by <br />hll purchasers of lots in the subdivision or by all purchasers of <br />Bcn-riparian lots in the subdivision who are provided riparian <br />mccess rights on the access lot; and <br />t»r««r.pby .. .ueh .. pr.ctle.l fro.
