Developers are given the <br />tmortuniiy to increase the dcvelt^mcnt density by that same amount (back to the <br />orighial development density) if they follow strict development polknes within the <br />ordinance. MinnetrisU is the smallest city in the twin cities to adopt such strict <br />development standards. <br />In closing.
