The subdivider Is hereby advised that in order to fulfill the <br />intent of this subdivision of a lot line rearrangement, that <br />additional documentation must be created to provide for the legal <br />transfer of fee title. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />division has not been filed by the date specified above.
