A RBSOLOTION APPROVING A NBTES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OP A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR CLAIR T. ROOD FILE NO. 1729 WHEREASr the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by Clair T. Rood (hereinafter "the subdivider") of properties located at 3240 and 3280 Navarre Lane within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows: Lots 34, 53, and 56, "Wallace's Addition to the Village of Minnoton)ca Beach", according to the record of plat thereof and on file at the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"), and WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the City for metes and sounds subdivision for division and combination purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for Clair T. Rood as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated August 24, 1990, most recently revised June 2, 1992 and attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: 1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of Orono, the subdivider shall legally cosibine for tax purposes Parcels B and C as described in the above noted survey. 2. The aforesaid div'sion as shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles office on or before December 8, 1992 together with a certified original ropy of tliis resolution.
