She atatad that aha did not wiah tha City to apply for tha <br />MSA funda. She aald aha waa told by tha City Adminiatrator that <br />State funda could not ba uaad for tha aawar project. <br />Mayor Pataraon aaid tha Council undaratanda thIa poaltion, but they <br />muat review ail opt Iona. <br />Bob Minkama, 3200 Bayaida Road, atatad that they have already bean <br />Inforiaad of what thair aaaaaamant will ba for tha aawar <br />Ha did not aaa any benefit to ueing MSA funda which would widen tha <br />roadway and In affect create a high apeed roadway. Me aald he did <br />not want the road to become a ahort-cut and waa concerned for the <br />aafety of tha children in the area. <br />Qoetten aald aha thought the raaidanta were concerned about having <br />the loweet aaeeaeiaent poaelble for the eewer project.
