A RBSOLOTIOH GRANTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USB PERMIT PER <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 10 AND <br />A VARIANCE TO <br />SECTION 10.22 SUBDIVISION 2 <br />FILE #1724 <br />MHERBAS, Tammy L. Woodis (hereinafter "the applicant") is <br />the owner of the property located at 2818 Casco Point Road within the <br />City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br />Lots 16, 26, and 27, Bloclc 4, Casco Heights, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />MHERBAS, the applicant has applied to the City of Orono for <br />a conditional use permit per Section 10.03, Subd. 10 to permit the <br />installation of an Inground pool/patio area on a through lot and a <br />variance to Section 10.22, Subd. 2 that would allow an excess of 212 <br />c.f. or 1% hardcover at a total of 5,552 s.f. where only 5,340 s.f. or <br />30% is allowed. <br />NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. <br />2. <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1724. <br />The property is located in the LR-lC Zoning District <br />requiring 21,780 s.f. or a half acre in area. The property <br />consists of 24,700 s.f. or .56 acres. <br />3.The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on <br />May 18, 1992 and recommended unanimous approval of the <br />proposed variance and conditional use permit based upon the <br />following findings: <br />) The accessory structure, pool and patio, have satisfied <br />all pertinent standards of the conditional use permit <br />section of the code. <br />Page 1 of 3
