t <br />i’x <br />Sit' <br /><• <br />it <br />'•■fj*' <br />RESOLUTIOH <br />MIHHEHAHA CREEK MATERSH DISTRICT <br />RBSOLOTIOH OF THE BOARD OF MAHAGERS OF THE <br />MIHHEHAHA QP*™ WATERSHED DISTRICT RECEIVIHG <br />THE niGIHEBR*S REPORT AHD DIRECTIHG THAT A <br />COPY OF THE REPORT FOR THE GLEASOH CREEK HATER <br />kHAGBMBHT PROJECT BE FORMARDED TO THE <br />DIRECTOR OF THE DIVISIOH OF HATERS OF THE <br />MIHHESOTA DBPARTMBHT OF HATORAL RESOURCES AHD <br />THE BOARD OF HATER AHD SOIL RESOURCES. <br />Manager Love offered the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption« seconded by Manager Maple: <br />HHBREAS, the engineer for the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District <br />has completed his report as required by Minnesota Statutes <br />« 103D.711, subd. 2, which report sets out the project plan for <br />the undertaking of the Gleason Creek Water Management Project; and <br />^TteTslil D?s?Jict; <br />and <br />iBAS# the state agencies may have concerns or express interest <br />with regard to the project plan. <br />HOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the engineer’s report setting forth the <br />project plan for the Gleason Creek Water <br />Management Project be received and accepted <br />and that the attorney be directed to file <br />copies of the report with the Director of the <br />Division of Waters of the Minnesota Department <br />of Natural Resources and the Board of Water <br />and Soil Resources so that said individuals <br />and agencies may submit their report to the <br />managers with respect to the proposed project <br />plan. Following receipt of the report, public <br />hearings will be held to consider whether the <br />managers should proceed with the Basic Water <br />Management Project. <br />The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and <br />there were five Ayes and aero Nays and two Absent as follows: <br />Spensley <br />Love <br />Maple <br />Erickson <br />LaBounty <br />Thomas <br />Lindley <br />hXSL <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />U3X Absent <br />X <br />X <br />upon vote, the President declared the resolution adopted.
