The 60-day review period ends on April 27, 2024. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant is requesting variances for lake setback, average lakeshore setback, and hardcover <br />within the 75-foot setback to construct a 75-square-foot, triangular-shaped addition to the lake <br />side of the existing home. The main-level addition will be cantilevered over the ground. The home <br />is situated within the 75-foot setback and partially within the average lakeshore setback. The <br />proposed addition will be 33.8 feet from the lake and will extend the line of the lake facing wall of <br />the home filling in a nearly 15-foot gap.
