If the City has <br />no interest in acquiring lands* the City will ask for a cash <br />payment in lieu of land. At that point the property will be <br />referred to the City Assessor to determine the value of the <br />undeveloped land. The Park Dedication Fee would be based on <br />the value of 8% oC the undeveloped land.
