Lot lines platted per preliminary survey. <br />b.O^ication of drainage easements jver designated wetland in <br />north%#est portion of Lot 1. <br />c.Dedication of 40* of right-of-way for County Road 6. <br />Dedication of drainage and utility easements 10* wide along <br />all perimeter property lines and 5* each side of internal <br />property lines except omit at designated wetland area. <br />2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a.Title opinion addressed to *:he City.
