A copy of the DNR tournament fishing <br />report being submitted by July 13, 1992. <br />d. A copy of the DNR permit being submitted <br />prior to the event. <br />In support of recently adop .. State legislation <br />prohibiting the launching ot watercraft with Eurasian <br />water milfoil and other water-transmitted harmful <br />exotic species identified by the Commissioner of <br />Natural Resources, the LMCD requires the stipulation <br />described under item 3. Because the stipulations <br />described under item 3 are not included in your 1992 <br />tournament rules, we are enclosing a sample form to <br />use in notifying all participants of the extra <br />precautions required to ensure that transport of <br />exotics into and out of Lake Minnetonka does not <br />occur. <br />This form must be sent to all participants to sign and <br />return to tournament directors prior to the time the <br />boat is put into the water as verification chat they <br />are aware of these requirements. Without this <br />verification, the application should be considered <br />incomplete. Prior to the event, please submit <br />evidence that all participants have returned this <br />form. <br />Your cooperation in our "Save the Lake" program is <br />appreciated.
