Cochran added it should be a survey signed by a <br />surveyor. <br />MOTION: Grathwoi moved, Rascop seconded, to recommenil <br />approval of the Bean’s Greenwood Marina Multiple Dock License for <br />1992 with a minor change, allowing a 40’ slip at #80 and changing <br />#82 to 32’ to conform to the 100’ zone, with #79, 99. 100, 105, <br />106 and 107 to be relocated within the 100’ zone. <br />The motion was discussed at length. Babcock suggested <br />conceptual approval subject to an as-built survey that shows the <br />entire dock dimensioned with slip numbers. <br />The motion was withdrawn. <br />MOTION: Babcock moved, Grathwoi seconded, that staff work <br />with the applicant to determine slip locations and slip sizes for <br />all slips within the marina, conforming to the grandfathered <br />license as to slip size, and then resul)tnit for committee review. <br />Upon committee and board review and recommendation, applicant <br />would then be authorized to reconfigure the dock, subject to <br />verification of a signed and registered as-built survey. <br />VOTE: Motion carried unanimously. <br />-r <br />f fr •>: •.i" <br />S.0.2. Shorewood Marina & Yacht Club, Gideon’s Bay <br />late <br />was <br />,' ■ y <br />1^' .Vi ' <br />At the 3/25/92 Board meeting the request to waive the <br />fee for Shorewood Yacht Club, currently under receivership, <br />denied. The executive director reported receipt of the license <br />application fee without tne late fee. A subsequent verbal <br />request by the applicant again appealed for waiver of the late <br />fee. The executive director further pointed out that there were <br />circumstances in this case where the owner allowed the license <br />ren"iwal to lapse, leaving the burden of the late fee on the <br />mortgagee once it was discovered the license was not renewed. He <br />did point that there are also two other marinas which have not <br />renewed their licenses, now subject to late lees.
