The Out lot has .1(0 ol shore <br />line, for which the Code allows ^ slips. the application is for <br />13 slips. <br />Rascoo asked if the applicant <br />Grathwol answered that tlie applicant <br />that the recommendation allows, but <br />pressed concern that the applicant <br />that they are entitled to thirteen, <br />that could be done would be by t>ack <br />to do that the applicant would have <br />had 13 docks at that time, and it has not been able to do that. <br />MOTION: Rascop moved, Grathwol seconded, lo deny the appli <br />cation of Halsted Acres Improvement Association for a 13 slip <br />multiple dock license and to approve a 7 slip inulli|)le dock <br />license, the number permitted under the LMCD Code, accepting $350 <br />as a negotiated back licensing lee.
