Ki­ <br />te <br />fe-wf"f-i '*' <br />:r" <br />Ki <br />$ <br />I?: <br />'HJm : <br />l--’K-n <br />W ' <br />m.. <br />*•>>f-S' • <br />Si.W- <br />fe'?'- ' <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE <br />CITY ENGINEER TO PERFORM A <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A BIKE/HIKE TRAIL <br />ON OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD <br />flHBRBASr the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota? and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has within its boundaries certain <br />streets that are considered Municipal State Aid streets (MSA); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has developed a conceptual <br />overall Bike/Hike Trail map; and <br />WHEREAS, Old Crystal Bay Road is an MSA road and is one of <br />the roads designated on the conceptual Bike/Hike Trail map; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono wishes to determine the <br />feasibility of a Bike/Hike Trail on Old Cryrtal Bay Road from the Luce <br />Line Nature Trail to County Road 6. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Council does <br />hereby direct the City Engineer to conduct a feasibility study and to <br />report those findings to the Council upon completion of the report. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the C*ty of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held this 27th day of April, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara A.
