She sugges. -d that <br />Council could approve it upon condition that the City not proceed with <br />the road repair until receipt of the permits. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to adopt <br />Resolution #3097 approving Application #1720 for the City of Orono, <br />Fox Street (Section Located Between Orono Orchard and Brown Road <br />South), granting a conditional use permit and variance to allow the <br />filling of approximately 700 cubic yards of fill within an adjacent <br />wetland of Fox Street for a distance of 1,000 lineal feet, on <br />condition that the permits are received from the DNR and MWCD. Ayes <br />4, nays 0. <br />(*#9) ORDIWOICB REPEALING ORDINANCE #96, <br />8BOOn> SERIES, INTERIM MORATORIUM ON GRANTING OF <br />SUBDIVISIOM WITHIN SHOPMLAND AREAS OF CITY > <br />ORDINANCE #102, SECOND SERIES <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to repeal <br />Ordinance #96, Second Series, an ordinance establishing an interim <br />moratorium on the granting of land subdivisions that have not received <br />preliminary approval from the City. Ayes 4, nays r» <br />\j * <br />(*#10) #1723 PATRICIA 6 WILLIAM DICKEY, <br />2645 WATERTOWN ROAD - <br />OOHDITIONAL USB PERMIT - RESOLUTION #3098 AND <br />OOHDITIONAL USE PBRMIT/VARIANCE - RESOLUTION #3099 <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to adopt <br />Resolution #3098 approving Application #1723 to permit the temporary <br />use of a 14x100* greenhouse at a maximum height of 10* on the <br />property; and to adopt Resolution #3099 approving Application #1723 to <br />allow an existing fence and garage to remain on property as they exist <br />toda^ and to approve a guest house use.
