The culvert underneath the railroad tracks is in question <br />and the only culvert they are aware of has been found and he is not <br />sure if there is another one. <br />iiS.'-civ,-;Mayor Peterson asked if the shoulders were required to be 8' wide. <br />i-' <br />Gerhardson answered that the standard shoulder is 8' wide but is not <br />sure if that can be accomplished.
