JTM operates <br />disposal, service and marketing facilities in over fifteen states. <br />Municipal Services Corporation, or MSC, was founded to develop comprehensive <br />systems for management of municipal solid waste ash. MSC has developed <br />technology to safely use municipal solid waste ash as synthetic construction <br />aggregate. Use of this technology will help solve a pressing national problem <br />relative to the management of municipal solid waste ash. <br />USPCI also is the parent company of Hydrocarbon Recyclers, Inc.,^called HRI, <br />an industry -leader in the processing of contaminated oils and solvents. HRI <br />facilities are located in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. <br />Analytical Services <br />Using the most advanced laboratory analysis technology, USPCTs National <br />Analytical Laboratory in Tulsa, Oklahoma provides a wide range of services <br />including hazardous waste evaluation and water monitoring. <br />Research and Engineering <br />USPCI's research and engineering division is unrivaled in the industry and <br />acts as a resource and support department for all USPCI operations while <br />offering a variety of services to its customers. Responsible for developing <br />efficient and cost-effective solutions to a wide range of problems, the <br />research and engineering division also ensures strict adherence to quality and <br />safety standards. <br />Remediation Services <br />USPCI's Special Services Division provides a full range of on-site waste <br />management services for USPCI clients, from controlling uhe damages caused by <br />hazardous waste emergencies to the clean-up of old dump sites that threaten <br />ground./ater supplies and the ecology in surrounding areas. <br />Transportation <br />In addition to having authority for interstate transportation of regulated <br />waste materials, USPCI has access to the Union Pacific Corporation's rail <br />transportation network.
