Both the current zoning which is LR-1B (1 acre) and the proposed zoning LR-1C( 0.5 acre) <br />meets the current land use guidance so no amendment to the Comprehensive Plan is necessary. <br />5.Planning Commission Vote and Comment: <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the application at the February 20, 2024 meeting. The <br />Commission was generally supportive of the proposed rezoning. The Commission provided <br />feedback regarding the potential subdivision and access on Shoreline Drive.
