He suggested that Big Island <br />be Incorporated within that amendment. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Mayor Paterson, <br />prelimlrary approval for Comprenens I ve Plan Amendment #3 arid direct <br />staff tc submit the plan to adjacent cities for review and to the <br />Metropolitan Council for approval.
