Review Exhibit <br />J, the constraints placed on Lots 1, Block 1 and 2 by restricting all <br />activities within steep sloped areas are obvious. Staff <br />recommends that Council also allow accessory structures to be placed <br />in front of the front line of the principal structure. <br />The enclosed approval resolution of both the preliminary <br />subdivision and Planned Residential Development have been based on the <br />approval recoinmendatioon as adopted by the Planning Commission. Staff <br />recommends that you add special setbacks for accessory <br />structures but only i.or Lots 1, Block 1 and 2. <br />Isv <br />tyj
