To include all the recommendations 04 the <br />` Planning Commission Minutes dated June 16, 1975, <br />which states that: <br />'Van Nest moved, Dunlap seconded, that the Planning, <br />Commission recommend to Council that Herrick Circle <br />be rezoned R-lA instead of the proposed R -1B and <br />further that the Conditional Use be granted for <br />PRD based on six single family detached dwellings, <br />meeting all requirements of the PRD zoning code <br />provided that developer provide sanitary sewer <br />at his expense connecting to the Wayzata system. <br />This sewer connection will meet the requirements <br />of the Village of Wayzata and Orono. Further <br />recommendation that the project be done on a <br />contractural basis, also conditioned on verification <br />of the Village Engineer that six acres do in fact <br />exist, further that sewer be provided before <br />any units are completed -and no occupancy will be <br />allowed until such time. Motion, Ayes (7) - Nays (0).' <br />5. Planning Commission to amend Comprehensive <br />Plan to change zoning map. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0) . <br />Mr. Louis Oberhauser representing Mr. Norman <br />'-,*Nafstad, stated that his client would withdraw <br />his original request to rezone the Herrick <br />property from RR -1B to R -1B and would resubmit <br />a request for a zoning change from RR -1B to RR -1A. <br />Letter from McCombs -Knutson to Jim Blumendahl <br />regarding the Luce Line Trail Bridge over Orono <br />Orchard Road - City of Orono. <br />'Dear Mr. Blumendahl: <br />Mr. Arne Stefferud of the Department of Natural <br />Resources recently submitted a plan for proposed <br />revisions in the Orono Orchard Road Bridge to <br />the City of Orono for approval. <br />This plan was very nearly the same plan submitted <br />in November of 1974. At that time, I met on the <br />site with Gerald Philson of the Department of <br />Natural Resources and it was determined that <br />to provide adequate sight distance on the <br />street, it would be necessary to shorten the <br />west bent of the bridge by 6 feet, as well as, <br />to remove the east bent as proposed. <br />*t that time, you indicated that the Department <br />of Natural Resources did not have funds in the <br />1975 budget for this extra work and that Orono <br />could either pay the additional cost (approximately <br />$5,000) or wait and have the bridge constructed <br />ORONO ORCHARD ROAD <br />BRIDGE <br />
