r <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING <br />HELD JANUARY 13, 1992 <br />PAY REQUEST «2 HIGHWAY 12 FRONTAGE ROAD SEWER AND WATER <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Butler, to authorize Pay <br />Request #2 to B & D Underground, Inc. in the amount of $60,189.54 <br />for trunk Highway 12 frontage road sewer, water and street <br />improvements. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(»12) PAY REQUEST #3 HIGHWAY 12 FRONTAGE ROAD SEWER AND WATER <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Jabbour, to authorize Pay <br />Request #3 to B & D Underground, Inc. in the amount of $38,897.87 <br />for trunk Highway 12 frontage road sewer, water and street <br />improvements. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Mayor Peterson asked if the price of the job will continue to go <br />up. <br />Cook explained this job did have an increase, but it was just one <br />time. <br />(•13) PAY REQUEST #3 & FINAL - LIFT STATION 11 RENOVATION <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to authorize <br />Pay Request #3 as the final pay request to Northwest Mechanical <br />and Page Electric in the amount of $2,400.00 for renovation of <br />Lift Station #11. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(••14) CONFIRM BOARD OF REVIEW DATE <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Butler, to confirm the 1992 <br />Local Board of Review meeting for Wednesday, April 29, 1992 at <br />7:00 p.m. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(••15) BIO AWARD - 1992 MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Butler, to accept the bids <br />for equipment and materials as presented for the calendar year <br />1992.
