SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />ORDINANCE NO. 296 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE UPDATING THE CITY CODE CONCERNING <br />STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES <br />The City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota approved updates to three articles of the city <br />code of ordinances, Title III Streets, Parks and Other Public Property, Chapter 18. These are <br />updates to standards as well as clarifications to definitions, authorities, permit requirements, and <br />updates to state statute references.
