21 <br /> <br />Trent Wiebusch started with Orono PD as an officer on January 1, 2022. <br />During his time at Orono, he was an instrumental part of our patrol <br />division. Trent accepted a police officer position with Chaska PD and his <br />last day was July 24, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Brad Schoenherr joined the Orono Police Department on January 1, <br />2013. He served our department for more than 10 years and overall, <br />has 23 years of experience as a police officer. Officer Schoenherr <br />accepted a sergeant’s position with the Wayzata Police Department <br />and his last day was April 16, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Jay Dembouski retired from the Orono Police on May 22, 2023 after more <br />than 32 years with the department. Dembouski was also a field training <br />officer. He had a wealth of knowledge and was very well-respected among <br />fellow officers and young recruits just beginning their careers.
