30 <br />22-021 <br />Forcemain <br />replacement <br />on Tonkawa <br />and <br />Partenwood <br />The project is the final of a series of sanitary <br />forcemain replacement project along Tonkawa <br />Road. The projected replace 1630 ft of forcemain <br />along Tonkawa road and 1500 feet along <br />Partenwood Road. <br />The project was substantially <br />completed in 2023. A few Punch list <br />items will be completed in the <br />spring of 2024. <br />23-001 <br />2023 Streets <br />This project includes the reconstruction of Fox street <br />between Brown and Orono Orchard, Townline Road <br />and Glendale Drive. <br />The project was substantially <br />completed in 2023. The contactor <br />will complete restoration and punch <br />list items in the spring of 2024. The <br />Project is on track to be under <br />budget. <br />23-014 Sanitary <br />sewer <br />rehabilitation <br />Project <br />This Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project will <br />consist of Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of <br />infiltration susceptible sanitary sewer pipes, <br />manhole reconstruction, and lid replacement. The <br />purpose of the project is to reduce Inflow and <br />Infiltration (I&I) into the Sanitary sewer systems and <br />extend the life to the existing pipes. The lining <br />process creates and new durable pipe within the <br />older pipe at a much-reduced cost from open curing <br />or directionally drilling in order to replace the older <br />pipe. <br />The project was completed on time <br />and on budget. <br />23-022 North <br />Water Plant <br />Addition the State PPL for a future Arsenic and Iron <br />Filtration system <br />The PPL application was completed <br />and submitted to the state for <br />inclusion on the PPL. <br />23-030 <br />Hackberry Park <br />Master Plan <br />This project was <br />to develop a <br />master plan for <br />Hackberry Park in <br />including near <br />and long term <br />improvements to <br />be considered for <br />the site as well as <br />the associated <br />cost estimates. <br /> <br />The master plan was completed and <br />approved by Council. The work will <br />be the foundation for future grant <br />applications and efforts at the park. <br />192
