3.The subdividers are hereby advised that in order to fulfill the intent of this <br />subdivision, that additional documentation must be created to provide for the legal <br />transfer of Fee Title. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expin* if the division has not been <br />filed by the date specified above.
