A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS <br />SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />FOR PROPFRTIES LOCATED AT <br />2304 AND 230. ADYWOOD ROAD <br />FILL iiO. 1813 <br />WHEREAS, ihe City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, tlv City Council of the City of Orono (herinaftcr City Council ) <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br />within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearrangement by Uonard O Niska and Patrick Brickley (hereinafter 'the <br />subdividers') of properties legally described on the survey attached to this resolution as Parcels <br />A and C (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br />metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City CouncU of the City <br />of Orono hereby aoproves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line learra^e^nt for <br />Leonard O. Niska and Patrick Brickely as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. <br />Gronberg. dated April 21. 1993. and attached to this resolution, subject to the following <br />conditions; <br />1 Upon approval of this subdivision, the subdivider shall apply to the City for the <br />legal combination of parcels described on the survey noted a^ve <br />Leonard O. Niska shall legally combine Parcel A with Parcel B; and Patrick <br />Brickley shall legally combine Parcel C with Parcel D <br />2 The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of .Survey ^ <br />bv the City of Orono with cither the Hennepin County Recorder’s Office or <br />Registrar of Titles Office on or before October 26. 1993 together with a certified <br />original copy of this resolufon. <br />Page 1 of 2
