Shavers and Marion lakes are <br />both classified as Recreation Development and Lake <br />Minnetonka is classified as a General Development Lake. <br />C.As pointed out in the attached materials, the city has <br />presented its flexibility request to the LMCD Technical <br />Review Committee and I subsequently provided a summary of <br />the request to all 14 LMCD Mayors and City <br />Administrators/Clerks. No objection or concerns were <br />received during the 45 day review period. <br />I trust that I have covered nearly everything in this <br />recommendation to approve the City's proposal.
