4. Major portions of the dedicated right-of-way of Forest Boulevard are located <br />below the 929.4 elevation of Uike Minnetonka. <br />5. Tlie unimproved dedicated right-of-way as it exists serves no public purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of James B. Hodges <br />and Sandra S. Hodges is hereby granted and that the portion of Forest Boulevard legally <br />described above is hereby vacated. The granting of the petition is subject to the condition that <br />upon vacation, applicants must combine vacated adjacent portion of Forest Boulevard with their <br />homestead property. <br />Adopteil by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular <br />meeting held on April 12, 1993. <br />ATTESTED BY: <br />Dorothy M.
